A multi-channel distribution strategy will be performed to maximize Omega’s relaunch press release. For security and final proofreading the press release will be sent to TRU Omega and media outlets invited to the event. Key editors and journalists attending as people from CFBX, performance, and catering service. CFBX and the professors will be able to reach a broader audience. TRU platforms will be leveraged by submitting via email the event invitation to all students and faculty of communication motivating to attend the event. TRU Student Union website with their newsletter, and post flyers through Old Main and Arts and Education. On Omega’s social media ,a post of the information of the event will be posted.
This approach ensures visibility among the local press, TRU’s internal community, and digitally active students, aligning with goals of increasing event attendance, recruiting contributors, and establishing The Omega’s revitalized presence.
